The Problem

A powerful coach — invisible online

Andy Anderson — a high-ticket business coach who had raised $500K+ at age 24 and scaled an 18-location gym chain — came to me with a YouTube channel sitting at just 11 subscribers. No content strategy. No optimization. No plan.

The channel had no professional bio, no proper layout, no SEO, and no consistent publishing. Despite being an authority in the coaching world, his YouTube presence was completely invisible to his ideal clients — coaches and entrepreneurs ready to scale.

His goal: build a YouTube-powered client acquisition system and eventually run paid ads to accelerate audience growth for his coaching brand, Relentless Education.

My Approach

A 3-phase YouTube growth system

Phase 1 · Month 1

Full channel setup & professional optimization

Rewrote channel bio, description, and layout to position Andy as a high-ticket business coach. Built a professional channel trailer, cleaned up branding, and set up SEO-optimized metadata across all existing content. Established the channel's core identity for his ideal audience.

Phase 2 · Month 1–3

Content strategy, publishing cadence & algorithm optimization

Built a consistent publishing system — long-form podcast episodes, YouTube Shorts, and guest interviews. Optimized every upload: titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, and cards aligned to YouTube's algorithm. Identified viral content opportunities through topic research and audience demand signals.

Phase 3 · Month 3–6

Multi-campaign YouTube Ads strategy

Launched geo-segmented YouTube Ads campaigns targeting USA, Australia, Canada & UK. Ran episode-specific campaigns, audience-match targeting, and email list retargeting campaigns. Achieved 2.71M impressions at avg $0.03 CPV — premium English-speaking audience reach at minimal cost per view.

SEO Optimization

Video SEO — Before 20 → After 80

Same video, optimized title, description, tags, and chapters. vidIQ SEO Score jumped from 20 to 80 — real screenshot proof below.

I started with 11 subscribers and no plan. Within 6 months, we had over 4,300 subscribers, a viral video with 52,000+ views, YouTube ads running at $0.03 per view, and a channel my ideal clients actually discover me through. This wasn't luck — it was a system built from day one.
